    I’m Jefazo. Recently, I’ve been experiencing a rather troublesome issue when attempting to import a CSV file with thousands of entries.

    The problem arises when I try to use the website after the import. The site stop functioning. After conducting some tests, I’ve discovered that the culprit seems to be the Tooltips plugin. Disabling it restores the website’s functionality, leading me to believe there’s an incompatibility or some issue related to the amount entries that i have imported.
    Initially, i have tried the plugin with few entries and everything was ok, but after importing thousands of them, the website just doesn’t load.

    Additionally, I’d like to inquire if there’s a way to delete all entries associated with the Tooltips plugin. This could serve as a temporary solution while we investigate the root cause of the problem.

    I greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide to help resolve this issue.

    Sorry for heard the problem, we heard a few users told us they imported more than 6000 tooltip terms and all things works well, so I guess it is not related with “related to the amount entries that i have imported”, would you please share the csv file with us? We are happy to solve the problem for you 🙂
